New Diamond has always supported the production sector with an efficient and attentive technical assistance service (pre- and post-sales) aimed at advising, solving problems and suggesting choices in order to guarantee maximum efficiency of the tools.

In summary, the aforementioned services are aimed at:

1) examining in advance the characteristics of the stone to be worked in order to assess its real compactness, hardness, abrasiveness and suggest the appropriate tool to the customer to ensure maximum efficiency of the tool itself ;

2) intervene with its own specialized personnel to ensure correct assembly, in particular of the blades, multiwire and discs;

3) weld the segments for the rejuvenation of the discons at the customer’s site and always with the intervention of its technicians;

4) replenishment of discs, core drills, grinders, calibrators at its headquarters;

5) the technical assistance service is not limited to the Italian market only but is carried out, with the same effectiveness, also in Morocco, Kosovo and Macedonia where we operate through our partners and / or distributors.
